The association WCTB — Wing Chun Traditionnel Bordeaux takes the protection of your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law.

Data recipients

Your data is only accessible to authorised people within the association. We use processors that act on our behalf and only use your data within the scope of the services provided:

• Stripe — online payment processing;
• Laravel Cloud (Laravel LLC, Amazon Web Services infrastructure) — site and database hosting;
• Resend — delivery of transactional emails (confirmations, reminders).

We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

Retention period

• Contact requests and trial classes: up to 3 years after the last exchange.
• Member accounts: for the entire duration of the membership, then up to 3 years after it ends.
• Accounting records (invoices): 10 years, as required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. You may also set directives regarding what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@wing-chun-traditionnel.fr. We will respond within one month at most. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site uses no audience-measurement, advertising or tracking cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for it to function are set:

• a session cookie and a security cookie (CSRF), essential for browsing and logging into your account;
• cookies set by Stripe during payment, necessary for transaction security.

As these cookies are strictly necessary, they do not require your prior consent and no cookie-management banner is needed.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction (encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted access, hashed passwords).
