Three formats, the same high standards. Here, minute by minute, is what happens on the floor — whether you come for the adult class, the teen class, or a one-to-one.
All levels · age 16+
The school's main format. Beginners and experienced practitioners on the same floor — level groups form during the class.
Ages 13 — 17
Two slots, one reserved for teenagers. Same Wing Chun, teaching adapted: more play, more structure, their own pace.
By appointment
An hour one-to-one with the instructor, to unlock a specific point: a form, a footwork detail, a Chi Sao detail.
An hour and a half that always follows the same backbone: from solo to contact. You start from your own structure, and end with your hands on a partner's.
All levels practise together. The content — which form, which technique, which Chi Sao drill — is adapted to each person's level by the teacher during the class.
No belt hierarchy on the floor: a beginner works their first form next to an experienced practitioner refining the wooden dummy.
Group class 9 slots / week · age 16+
How a session unfolds Total · 1 h 30 · 90 min
Joint mobilisation, mobility and cardio or physical work. The body prepares to transmit force from the ground to the body's extremities.
The group follows a student or the Sifu learning Shil Lim Tao, Chum Kil or Bil Gee. The structure is instilled in the body, slowly, without a partner.
A single technique, broken down then repeated: footwork, entry, defence. First solo to prepare the partner work, then with a partner at low intensity.
Applying the day's technique with a partner, gently at first to build confidence, then with rhythm and intensity.
The same art, translated for teenagers. More play, more structure, their own pace — to build the fundamentals before joining the adult practice later on.
The class keeps the rigour of Wing Chun but changes tempo: sequences are more varied, instructions more visual, and partner opposition always supervised.
The goal isn't immediate performance but posture, attention and respect for the partner — the foundations on which everything else will be built.
Teen classes Wednesday 17h30 — 19h and Saturday 10h30 — 12h · ages 13 — 17

Sixty minutes just for you. One goal, one correction, one plan — the instructor's full attention on the exact point you want to unlock.
The private lesson doesn't replace the group class: it speeds it up. It's where you work on what resists — a form passage, a Chi Sao rotation, a footwork that won't click.
Booked in advance and entirely tailored to your request, from complete beginner to advanced practitioner.
Private lesson By appointment · €50/hour
How a session unfolds Total · 1 h · 60 min
The instructor watches you move and listens to your request. Together, you set the session's single goal — the point that will really move forward.
The heart of the hour. In-depth work on the chosen point — a form passage, a Chi Sao position, an application — broken down to the detail that unlocks it.
The movement goes back into motion: the instructor becomes the partner and adjusts in real time, under progressive pressure, until it flows.
You leave with a clear instruction: what to repeat on your own before the next group session or private lesson, to lock in what was just corrected.
Loose clothing is enough for the trial. At your first enrolment, the academy uniform is purchased on site. It is required.
Something to stay hydrated: the work is continuous, with no long breaks.
Arrive 10 minutes before the start to change and watch.
No fitness level required. Kind and respectful behaviour is required.
